Class Schedule & Fees

We train NON-GI. We train in sweats/shorts and a t/shirt. A cup & mouth guard is optional but recommended due to accidental groin shots and lock jaw. We aim for safe / injury free training every class.

$60 sign up fee
$25 / month for unlimited training
(or $5 per open mat class & $10 for Instructional class)

Hours:
Monday: 6 - 8 pm: instructional
Tuesday: 6 - 8 pm: open mat
Wednesday: 6 - 8 pm: instructional
Thursday: 6 - 8 pm: open mat
Friday: 6 - 8 pm: open mat
Saturday: 10am - noon: instructional
Sunday: 7 - 9 pm: instructional

Private training by owner: $35 hour
Group rates /seminars: $100 hour - unlimited amount of attendees.
